WHY FRYA EXISTS

FRYA was built because the existing structures do not work for women at this level.

Most are reactive.
Many are visible.
And almost all are designed around assumptions that do not hold in practice.

They underestimate how access shifts.
How attention behaves.
And how quickly exposure can move from subtle to consequential.

THE TEAM

Operations are led by women.

The team consists of experienced operators, analysts, and advisors
with backgrounds in intelligence, security, and complex international business and governmental environments.

This includes capabilities across human intelligence, investigations, protective operations, and coordination in high-risk or cross-border situations.

including individuals with experience at national and international levels.

The name FRYA is deliberate.

Drawn from Freyja, a Norse goddess associated with both power and consequence.

Not as mythology.
But as a reflection of a different understanding of power.
