Nadine de Zoeten is the strategic force behind FRYA. Her work sits at the intersection of wealth, visibility, and protection, with a focus on women operating at a high level across business, wealth, and private life.

She brings a distinct perspective shaped by strategic positioning and an understanding of how exposure develops in environments where power and discretion must coexist. FRYA was created as a direct response to the gaps she observed in conventional security — a structure capable of protecting women’s interests without requiring them to adapt to systems that were never designed for them.

Carmen Lorenzo operates at the intersection of intelligence, behavioural insight, and discreet operations. Her expertise focuses on understanding human dynamics within complex and sensitive environments, with a particular strength in situations where intent, influence, and perception play a critical role.

Within the FRYA structure, she leads the development of intelligence-driven strategies that prioritise clarity and precision. Her work ensures that situations are understood at the level of human intent before they escalate into operational risk.

Dr Stacy Feiner | Relational Psychologist

Dr. Stacy Feiner is a relational psychologist whose practice centers on trust, judgment, and influence in high-stakes environments — high-profile women, family enterprises, and complex organizational systems.

She is engaged when systems are under threat: when family offices and multigenerational enterprises confront estrangement, litigation, addiction, or sudden loss, as well as corporate leadership teams facing public scrutiny, internal impropriety, or organizational rupture. In each, relational fracture has become systemic failure, and she rebuilds the foundation that operations and governance depend on. Alongside crisis communication firms, she restores coherence and confidence when it matters most.

Falon Muffaletto | Specialist Operations

Falon Muffaletto is a protection specialist with a background in the U.S. military and law enforcement. As a former Military Police Officer and Field Sergeant, she brings extensive operational experience in tactical security, high-risk threat mitigation, and executive protection across complex global environments.

Her expertise spans protective operations, crisis management, and threat assessment, having led security teams in both domestic and international deployments. As Director of Special Projects at VORDR and FRYA, she oversees mission-critical initiatives requiring discreet execution and elite tactical oversight. Her role bridges operational precision with strategic agility, ensuring that sensitive projects are handled with absolute professionalism and discipline.
